Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Coordinator responsibilities. SAP Transactional - Excel Reporting - Communication within our teams and externally with our partners.
- In this role, the incumbent will provide comprehensive support of a responsible nature to the Team.
- You will demonstrate keen knowledge of internal business line policies.
- Using your mid to advaned-level software skills, including outlook, sap, bi, Excel, and communication skills for internal / external team communication and correspondence.
- Key job responsibilities: Sap transactional tasks, respond to incoming requests. Miscellaneous administrative duties/projects.
- Experience in a consumer-packaged goods preferred.
- Mid- Expert level proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to work overtime may be required.
- Create/update/revise documents, presentations, and/or reports. Manage warehouse tasks related to inbound / outbound shipping.
- Manage warehouse invoice validation/exceptions.
- (Warehousing or logistics or procurement or shipping or warehouse) and (CRM or SAP or ERP) and ("power-BI" or powerBI or "power BI") and (PowerPoint or documentation or presentations or reports or reporting or invoice or marketing).
- Experience in a consumer-packaged goods/marketing environment preferred.
- Expert level proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.
- Customer Service while working with our internal/external partners.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to work overtime as needed.
