Job Description
We are seeking a Loan Officer to become a part of our team! You will evaluate and authorize approval of real estate, commercial, and credit loans.
Responsibilities:
- Advise borrowers on financial status and payment methods
- Guide customers through the loan application process
- Ability to discuss and review options with the borrower
- File loan applications and supporting documents
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
- We supply daily HOT leads
- Previous experience in sales, finance, banking, or other related fields
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
