Your Opportunity

Our Litigation Paralegal position is made for a professional who enjoys helping individual clients thru the litigation process. We provide the training and support so that you can focus on your gifts of managing a litigation case from filing the complaint through a successful resolution.

The Litigation Paralegal’s Key Responsibilities include:

· Collaborating with our lawyers (building out strategy, keeping them organized, assisting with arbitrations/trials)

· Getting to know your client thru regular calls and meetings

· Managing your cases from filing suit through civil discovery and a successful outcome including:

o filing suit, preparing discovery, organizing and summarizing medical evidence, assisting with expert witness preparation and reports, helping our clients with medical bills/liens, and other litigation tasks with the attorneys and clients.

· Being a great teammate in making our firm stronger and an interest in volunteerism
