What You Will Be Doing
As Our Consulting CFO, You'll Be Responsible For The Supervision Of All Accounting Activities To Be Performed In Compliance With US GAAP. Duties Include:
- Monthly closings
- Financial reporting internally to CEO and externally to investors and Bank
- Primary contact for annual financial audit
- Primary contact with outside firm on tax filings and quarterly provision
- Design and implementation of internal controls appropriate for a public company standard
- Other accounting related duties
- Must possess an active CPA license
- Must have five years' accounting management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong GAA knowledge
- Medical / Dental / Vision
- 401k

- 100% remote work
