Sunsplash Pools and Spas is searching for a skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team in Prescott Valley. We are looking for a professional who has in-depth knowledge of hot tub plumbing, electronics, and equipment, including pumps, heaters, control panels, and control boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hot tub issues using established techniques.
• Repair and maintain all hot tub components, ensuring optimal performance.
• Service hot tub plumbing systems and electronic controls.
• Accurately document service and repair activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients andaddressing their needs.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of hot tub plumbing and functions.
• Proficiency with hot tub electronics and all associated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve various hot tub issues.
• Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of maintaining a high standard of safety and quality in all tasks.
