Job Description:
CMA Realty is seeking an individual to join our team to provide excellent customer service and property managements. Property Managers must hold an active Real Estate License in the state of Arizona.

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:
- Strong customer service skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to multi-task/manage time
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Products
Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication, administrative, and time management skills. Property Manager will have general tasks to carry out regularly as well as special projects to work on. Assignments will relate to managing single family or multi-family residences on behalf of owners. This is not a single-site management company, CMA Realty manages numerous properties across the Quad City Area. Although not required, general knowledge of construction or property maintenance is a bonus.

From $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
