We are looking for an Assistant Manager II with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for an 84-unit apartment community of Executive 1801 in Portland, OR. The amenities in this properties include a pool, and onsite laundry. You will be assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements, as well as support and fill in for the leasing agent to lease apartments, answer phones, and tour prospects. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of property grounds, laundry facility, and the office. Your workdays will be Tuesday through Saturday with office hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (30-40 hours a week). The pay rate for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 an hour.

Requirements:

**What you will bring as an Assistant Manager II:**

* Two (2) years of previous customer service experience (required).

* One (1) year of previous leasing experience (required).

* Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience (preferred).

* Basic experience with MS365 including Outlook, TEAMS, Word, and Excel.

* Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.

* Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy.

* Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.

* High School degree or equivalent.

* Reliable transportation to travel between properties.

* A current valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
