Job Description
Manages a team responsible for developing, managing, and retaining a significant share of Private Client Group' account relationships for Private Banking. The team provides clients with expert financial advice and counsel in all areas of Private Client Group and is knowledgeable about all other related U.S. Bancorp products and services. Develops and executes the team's business plan. Plays a major leadership role within the Private Client Group focused on Private Banking.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field
- Eight or more years of banking experience
- Three or more years of managerial experience
- Requires Series 7 and 63 or the ability to obtain them in 180 days.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Expert knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry
- Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Considerable tact, diplomacy and people skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $145,180.00 - $170,800.00 - $187,880.00
