WHAT YOU’ll BE UP TO
- Maintain and update the organization's website on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of content.
- Coordinate and execute marketing and content campaigns on the website, promoting events, merchandise, and other initiatives to drive engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and digital media, to align website content with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Provide insight and ideas for longer-term digital development projects, contributing to the enhancement of the website's functionality, design, and user experience.
- Work with external constituents who have a presence on the website, including sponsors, partners, and affiliates, to ensure their needs and objectives are met.
- Monitor website performance and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and digital marketing, and apply relevant insights to enhance our digital strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field, with a proven track record of managing websites and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and concepts for website content and digital initiatives.
- Experience and interest in sports, sports culture, and fan engagement.
- Passion for the growth and development of women's soccer, with a vested interest in advancing the sport and engaging fans through digital channels.
- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives, Salary Range $50,000 - $60,000
