- 5 years of PM or Estimator experience
- Commercial construction projects
- 5 years experience supervising Project Teams, including Superintendents and support staff
- Experience with any of the following: multi-family, mid rise, high rise, apartments, hotels, etc
- Engineering or Construction Management Degree
- Competitive Salary (90-135k DOE)
