Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley Ltd is Hiring a Registered Nurse- RN Near South Portland, ME
Position: Registered Nurse- RN (Sign on bonus)
Location: South Portland, ME
Pay:
- Starting at $38/hour and based on experience
- Shift and weekend differentials offered
- $5,000 Sign on bonus
- Morning shifts 6:45a-3:15p
- Evening shifts 2:45p-11:15p
- Night shifts 10:45p-7:15a
- Work (2) 12 hour shifts every weekend and get paid for 32 hours OR work (2) 16 hour shifts every weekend and get paid for 40 hours!
- Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care.
- Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families
- Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care.
- Other duties as needed or assigned
- Associates or Bachelors Degree
- Current ME RN licensure
- Experience working within a nursing home, assisted living, or hospital (preferred)
