Description
Westminster Manor , a senior high-rise apartment building, located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida has a full time Janitor position available.
Essential Job Functions :
Responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls; vacuuming, dusting, mopping and taking out trash. This position involves thorough cleaning of individual apartments in preparation for renting.
Minimum Qualifications :
A high school education or equivalent and up to one month related experience or training. Working with older adults is desirable, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
Pay ranges from $12.87-14.30
