About The Role

Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is hiring a Construction Draw Specialist I for our Service Center in Pleasant Grove.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Review & ensure submitted draw requests are complete, approvals are met, and prepared for funding.

Process construction loan draws for payment.

Balance loans, post and process various payments.

Assist in re-issue of construction draw payments.

Create new construction payees.

Provide back-up to Construction Draw Team Lead.

About You

QUALIFICATIONS :

A high school education or GED

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY :

Must be computer literate and have a basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to complete job duties and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

Ability to follow directions and procedures.

Employee must be capable of interacting calmly and professionally with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds at various levels within and outside of the organization.

Employee must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.

Must be able to operate routine office equipment including computer terminals and keyboards, telephones, copiers, facsimiles, and calculators.

Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
