Strategic Staffing Solutions has an immediate hybrid contract need in the finance domain for a UX Copywriter experienced in conversational writing for mobile applications and chatbots using Figma.

Must be local to Plano, Texas, Colorado Springs, or San Antonio, TX and will be on-site 3 days per week.

Job Requirement-

• UX Copywriting conversational content
• Insurance (Auto and Property) background 1 years (not a deal breaker)
• 2 years Cross Functional collaboration with Designers and Product Managers
• Figma, Excel, Rally/Jira experience required
• 2 years writing within mobile applications.
• 1-year Chatbot Writing.

Job Details

• Crafts conversational, easy to understand content for digital (web and mobile) and front-line employee acquisition and servicing experiences.
• Provides intuitive instructions to easily help the end user navigate through applications and websites by providing intuitive instructions, navigational cues, etc. Edit or rewrite copy as necessary.
• Demonstrates creativity ands and the ability to vary language and tone of messages based on product and medium.
• Will write content within Figma based on designs provided by the design teams.
• Ability to collaborate and address stakeholder feedback within Figjam (plugin).
• Can easily navigate through excel and follow frameworks to build out content matrices which align the content within an application to the specific requirement and design when no designs are provided or available.
• Rally/Jira to capture work and track the completion of work that is assigned.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quick turn arounds for content needs.
• Attends design and feature refinement (pre-development prep) sessions to collaborate on content needs and understand the Digital Technical Product Manager and/or Business Process Owner needs. Ability to take direction from Lead Project Manager and complete assignments within a timely manner based on the needs of the project. Must be able to handle multi-tasking with ease.
• Looking for a candidate that is able to write content alongside Designers, producing compelling and intuitive copywriting solutions for everything from low-fidelity wireframes through high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. This individual will need to be able to handle multiple copywriting projects at the same time, and meet the deliverable dates that are set
