General Summary: The program coordinator assists the Dean for Business and Information Technology to work with BUS, ACC, and ECO faculty at all sites in the promotion of Business Discipline programs (ACC, BUS and ECO) both internally and externally, facilitating program assessment and reviews, keeping the curriculum current, and coordinating with the Business Discipline advisory committee.

Candidate must currently be a full-time faculty member teaching in the Business Discipline.
Job Duties:
1. Assist in program promotion activities and articulation of programs and courses with four-year institutions.
2. Coordinate among Business discipline program faculty assessment and follow-up activities to meet Middle States requirements in this area.
3. Coordinate among Business discipline faculty four-year program review for all Business discipline programs.
4. Review assessment results, facilitate discussion among discipline faculty, and assist with implementing resulting recommendations.
5. Confer with administration regarding new programs and initiatives that meet the academic or workforce needs and their implementation that meets the academic needs of students.
6. Confer with Business department heads and faculty at all sites where the Business discipline programs are offered about scheduling of classes online or in an accelerated fashion.
7. Coordinate meetings with the Advisory Committee for the Business discipline programs and assist with implementing board recommendations.
8. Facilitate with other departments any Business discipline program promotional materials.
9. Prepare a Business program report and submit it to the Dean for Business and Information Technology at the end of each semester.
10. Other related duties as required.
