We are a leading custom contracting firm looking for a talented Supervisor to join our team. As the Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the construction team, including subcontractors, ensuring that they are working safely and efficiently.
• Plan and schedule the construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure that the work is carried out as per the design.
• Coordinate with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is progressing as planned.
• Ensure that the work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, and that it meets all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of the work that has been done, including any changes to the original plan or design.
• Communicate with the project manager and other stakeholders, keeping them informed of the progress of the project and any issues that arise.
• Possess the personal skills needed in order to understand the work so that the project progresses according to schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction supervisor role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor.
• Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Although process training and continuing education will be provided, the appropriate applicant must be able to immediately step into the role as it relates to personnel management and standard practices for such a position.
