LUXURY LEASE UP - MIDRISE MULTIFAMILY - HOSPITALITY AMENITIES
Our Client is a privately held, well-established, vertically integrated real estate firm based in the Pittsburgh area since the 1970s. They are a developer, owner, manager, investor, and builder of a varied portfolio that includes luxury multifamily and commercial properties throughout Western PA with investments throughout the country.
This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team at the beginning of an exciting growth period and be the first property management hire for their luxury line of properties. With a strong presence in the Pittsburgh area and a new series of class-A, luxury midrise apartment projects already under construction, they are looking to hire a Senior Property Manager to lead the successful lease up of their first luxury apartment project with a clear path to overseeing additional lease ups and leading the luxury line.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful Class-A luxury apartment lease ups.
- Expert with resident relations, leasing and lease ups strategies.
- Skilled in implementing and further developing marketing plan and budget for property.
- High energy, enjoys the lease up process.
- Experienced with properties under construction.
- Superior communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- A polished leader with robust interpersonal skills and social intelligence.
This is a key position for our Client who will be integral to the growth of this platform.
Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.
