Da Sesto Italiano in Pinellas Park, FL is looking for one bartender to join our 37 person strong team. We are located on 7201 66 Th Street N. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Learn the dinner menu. Be familiar with wine inventory.
- Learn how to use the Clover POS system.
- Plan and present bar menu and specialty cocktails
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Prepare weekly order for alcohol, wines, and other bar supplies.
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
