ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Top ENR National General Contractor actively seeking an On-site Project Manager to lead their Food & Beverage Processing and Data Center construction projects through completion across the US.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The On-site Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, Renovations, and Build Outs of Food & Beverage Processing facilities, Data Center/Mission Critical facilities, Cold Storage/Freezer Distribution Centers, and or Semi-Conductor or Battery plant projects between $5M-$250M , ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project.
Select Responsibilities:
- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Manage Owner/Client relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of project management and/or construction management experience on Food & Beverage Processing or Data Center or other industrial and manufacturing projects.
- Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree, or equivalent industry experience
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
- Must be willing to travel to project sites across the US.
