**Howard Air** has been serving the Phoenix area for 40 years and we are one of the top rated contractors on Angie's List! We are currently looking for a Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. As Handyman/Carpenter, you are a key member of the Howard Air team. You will help build customer relationships and uphold our standard for excellent customer satisfaction.

You have a strong background as a skilled tradesman and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. You are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and have the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

**Pay:** Up to $25.00/hr, DOE

**Specific Responsibilities:**

* Complete small to large home repairs

* Remolding and home improvement projects (drywall, concrete, subfloor etc.)

* Efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment

* Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good condition

* Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

**Job Requirements**:

* Skilled tradesman with 5 years of experience in home maintenance/repair and remodeling

* Strong carpentry background

* Welding experience helpful but not necessary

* Ability to pass a drug and background screen

* Team player who can work independently

* Insurable driving record
