Client 2: 98, female, somewhat forgetful. No pets. Needs standby assist while ambulating for safety, uses walker/cane for assist. Transportation and errands needed (caregiver needs to use their own vehicle for this). Recently discharged from hospital.
2 Shifts: Saturday PM overnight 7:00PM-7:00AM, Sunday PM overnight 7:00PM-7:00AM, North Scottsdale
