Our client a nationally recognized non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, PA dedicated to fostering a sense of community among individuals from diverse backgrounds, all of whom contribute to creating a fairer and more compassionate society is looking for an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC or LMFT required).

Job Summary:

They are seeking a mental health provider with the following responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and document admissions.
• Provide therapy to individuals, youth, adults, and families.
• Perform risk assessments and manage crises during emergencies.
• Analyze client data to identify strengths and needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate counseling records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with other staff for comprehensive care.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in social work or related field and licensure in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, LMFT required).
• Prefer three years of experience as a mental health provider.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with trauma-informed and social justice frameworks, as well as working with homeless individuals and underserved communities.
