Job Summary:
A/R Specialist
Our team is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to help manage invoicing, collections, and deposits. In addition to reconciling accounts, your responsibilities include data entry tasks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You must feel comfortable reaching out to customers for past due payments, setting up new accounts, and resolving disputed challenges. Experience in construction industry and AIA billing forms is helpful but not required.
