City of Peoria is Hiring a Program Control Analyst Near Patrick Afb, FL
ASRC Federal Communications is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support ongoing efforts on our CLOIS contract at Cape Canaveral SFS, FL.
Job Summary:
- To prepare financial reports and perform analysis for the Business Office, Sr. Staff, the SpaceForce, and NASA.
- Prepare Actual vs Reported Cost reports.
- Submit weekly Space Force Job Order Cost Accounting System (JOCAS) reports and perform reconciliations.
- Analyze monthly overtime costs and prepare presentation slides for management and government review.
- Perform analysis of subcontractor costs.
- Prepare various other financial reports and perform analysis on a monthly basis and as assigned.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for internal and external customers using Microsoft Access and Excel.
- Interface with Business Office personnel, supervisors, Space Force and NASA on financial related tasks.
- Requires a BS/BA or higher degree in a related business field plus two (2) to four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint and financial software applications.
- Excel Power Pivot and Cost Point experience desired.
- Should be a self-starter and proactive.
- Office environment.
- Physical Demands:
Walking, standing, climbing stairs, sitting for extended periods of time.Must possess strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
