Seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Kimberly Park Apartments in Parma, OH. We offer a very competitive compensation plan, including health care benefits and a very positive and professional work environment. 332 unit property.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician
● Perform maintenance and repair services for the property
● A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others
● Provide good customer service
● Follow the instructions of the Property Manager and prioritize work accordingly
● Suite preparation as units vacate
● Respond to requests for maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs
● Employee will have on call duties
Maintenance Technician Must have knowledge in the following areas:
● HVAC
● Plumbing
● Carpentry
● Electric
Qualifications of the Maintenance Technician
● High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
● Experience in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
● A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
● Knowledge of electrical and plumbing
● Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Drivers License (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
