Join Our Team
The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. They are also involved in ongoing monitoring and evaluation to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of client care. In addition, they are involved with the development and evaluation of nursing unit personnel, and maintains the optional medical aspects of the client care unit.
Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• 1 year minimum experience with Skilled Nursing
• 1 year minimum experience with Supervisory Role

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and facility policies.
• Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Ensure high standards of care and monitor patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
