We seek nurse practitioners for full-time positions in Paragould, AR.

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,00 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have a clean and unrestricted Arkansas license
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Solid computer and basic technology skills

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides psychiatric care, medication assessments, and crisis response to new and existing outpatient clients
• Develops individual evaluations based upon assessment data and provides therapeutic interventions as necessary, including the provision of ongoing medication management services
• Review, evaluate, and collaborate with other professionals to discuss treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Provides consultation and health education to agency staff and clients as it is relative to the treatment and medication needs of agency clients
• Responsive to psychiatric emergencies for appropriate intervention and evaluations
• Receives medical supervision from the Medical Director (Psychiatrist) for administration and maintenance of psychiatric care to patients, consistent with the applicable regulations in Arkansas.
• Practice under the respective state laws and regulations governing the practice of psychiatric advanced practice nursing.
