**About the team**

Join the team responsible for the design, delivery, and scale of SAP Signavios Journey-to-Process practice for customers and partners. The practice is based on an innovation methodology for experience management business leaders to use as they solve business challenges with the SAP Signavio Transformation Suite. The practice draws inspiration from disciplines like Design Thinking, Service Design, Lean, and other frameworks, tools, and mindsets to guide a cross-functional customer team through the step-by-step innovation process. The innovations and ideas identified through participation in the Journey-to-Process Practice are intended to change the way organizations interact & engage with end-customers, employees, and partners to drive increased value (e.g., revenue) for the business.

The Journey-to-Process Practice, led by SAP Signavios Centre of Excellence (CoE), is currently in the incubation phase with beta customers and will be launched in the near future. The CoE is responsible for supporting the roll-out, enablement, and thought-leadership go-to-market activities for experience-driven process management in all regions.

**What youll do:**

**Position title:** SAP iXp Intern- Experience-Driven Business Process Manager

**Location:** Palo Alto - Please note that roles will be remote until local guidelines ensure safe office reopenings

**Expected start date:** April 2022

**In this role,**

As part of the SAP Signavio CoE team, youll be part of a dynamic and innovative team, working together with product management, product marketing, and customer success teams to support the global roll-out of new content to SAP teams, partners and customers, and help with strategic SAP Signavio projects.

A focus of your work will be to design and deliver a transformation methodology, enabled by SAP Signavio Transformation Suite.

Tasks will include:

* Support the research, design, delivery, and project management of the emerging J2P practice.

* Develop content for workshops and presentations (e.g., slide decks, newsletters, virtual workspaces, etc.).

* Support customer and partner engagements.

* Support internal SAP enablement sessions.

* Support for Journey-to-Process product release cycles.

* Interact with SAP Signavio colleagues, partners, and other SAP colleagues like SAP CX and Qualtrics.

**YOUR PROFILE**

* Interest or previous experience in business process management using business process management notation (BPMN).

* Interest or previous experience in customer experience business initiatives (not technology projects).

* Interest or previous experience in management/strategy consulting.

* Familiarity or interest in learning business transformation concepts like Service Design and/or Design Thinking.

* Interest in becoming a subject matter expert in SAP Signavio, specifically Journey-to-Process product capabilities.

* Strong visual design and creative skills.

* Public speaking and presentation experience a plus.

* Strong knowledge of MS office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

* Ability to work independently, learn quickly, be proactive, responsive, and work in a virtual team environment.

* Motivation to learn and drive initiatives to completion.

* Very good English language skills, additional languages are a plus.
