Qualities of a Pelican's Crew Member:
- Exhibit passion for community, an eye for detail, a willingness to clean inside and outside (a lot), and the ability to work in a fast- paced environment.
- Minimum age is 16 to work at Pelican's in Oxford, AL.
- Professionalism with a twist: can have fun while accurately taking care of customers quickly.
- Ability to quickly learn our Signature SnoBalls and our Secret Menu combinations.
- Available to work nights and weekends. We have day shifts available, too. Late nights in the Summer, (past 9:30 pm.)
- Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts during the weekdays (Monday-Thursday) & at least 2 shifts during the weekend (Friday-Sunday). We gladly work around school activities and schedules.
- Shifts are typically 4-6 hours.
- Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift.

Pelican’s SnoBalls was born from a New Orleans tradition of combining smooth fluffy snow with bold flavors, Pelican’s SnoBalls has been serving over 100 fantastic flavors to its customers for almost 20 years!
