Shift : 1st Shift
Wage : $12.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
- Order Entry : Accurately enter customer orders into our system, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Communication : Forward any art information or questions to the appropriate email contacts.
- Customer Interaction : Eventually, answer questions and reach out to customers regarding shipment dates, lead time conflicts, and order confirmations (including details like color, shape, etc.).
- Stock Management : Monitor stock levels as orders are entered, identify stock issues when warehouse slips print out, and direct stock issues to the correct bin.
Requirements :
- Detail Orientation : Must be highly detail-oriented to ensure accurate order entry and stock management.
- Software Proficiency : Microsoft-based software, with a strong knowledge of Excel . Experience with Nav Dynamics or similar systems is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
