Job Summary :

Lunghamer Ford in Owosso, Michigan is seeking a full-time Janitor to join our team.

The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for employees and customers.

This is an individual contributor role that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Compensation & Benefits :

The Janitor position at Lunghamer Ford offers a competitive hourly pay ranging from $14 to $16 per hour, paid weekly.

In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities :

• Clean and maintain dealership facilities, including the showroom, offices, restrooms, and service areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
• Ensure all areas are free of debris and clutter
• Work independently and efficiently to complete tasks within specified timeframes

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Willingness to work evenings and / or weekends
