- Provide efficient, courteous and professional responses and distribution of calls for internal and external customers
- Greet customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual or department
- Process weekly payroll, accounts payable and bank deposits
- Reconcile debit machine payments
- Source and order office supplies and uniforms
- Coordinate accommodations and event planning
- Complete Sales Reps requests by working through Sales Link and provide support to SW Credit team as required or requested
- Maintain filling and provide other tasks as required
- Minimum post-secondary education
- 2 years of experience in an administrative position

- Rapprocher les paiements des machines de débit
- Rechercher et commander des fournitures de bureau et des uniformes
- Tenir à jour les dossiers de vacances des employés
- Coordonner les vols, l'hébergement et la planification d'événements
- Effectuer le classement des dossiers et effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins
- Un minimum d'études postsecondaires
- Deux ans d'expérience dans un poste d’administration
