Responsibilities

The Corporate Facilities Coordinator exercises independent judgment and discretion as they direct the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Facilities Department and provide operational support to the Facilities Department for Affiliated Hospitals.

The Corporate Facilities Coordinator works with the VP of Facilities & Construction to ensure that the Corporate Facility Department complies with its goals and objectives and to provide operational support to Administrative team members and department heads from Affiliated Hospitals to meet their goals and objectives.

The individual in this position must communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone.

Qualifications

Required qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred
• 3 years’ experience in management of Commercial Facilities construction & maintenance operations
• Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Preventative Maintenance System, ID badge & camera systems,

00 to $96,408.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
