We are seeking a Territory Manager (TM) who is passionate about sales, wants a challenge and has a strong work ethic. This is a territory based, outside sales role that has around 25% travel and an opportunity for a hybrid schedule. Base pay, uncapped commissions and bonus tiers will drive this position to success. Position SummaryYou will play a pivotal role on our sales team, being responsible for driving revenue and market expansion within your designated territory. This position develops, maintains, and interacts with a defined market to achieve sales and increase profitability through a consultative sales process. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is critical. Success in this role will lead to a competitive compensation package and an exciting work environment.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle for prospects and existing relationships
Execute REI sales strategy to achieve targeted objectives and goals
Identify and pursue new opportunities within territory range
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering long term partnerships
Document and track sales activity in customer relationship management (CRM) tool
Provide customer feedback to marketing and engineering
Recommend pricing strategies
