We are seeking a Territory Manager (TM) who is passionate about sales, wants a challenge and has a strong work ethic. This is a territory based, outside sales role that has around 25% travel and an opportunity for a hybrid schedule. Base pay, uncapped commissions and bonus tiers will drive this position to success.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for prospects and existing relationships
- Execute REI sales strategy to achieve targeted objectives and goals
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within territory range
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering long term partnerships
- Document and track sales activity in customer relationship management (CRM) tool
- Provide customer feedback to marketing and engineering
- Recommend pricing strategies
- Top of FormUtilize inside sales and sales support specialists to facilitate sales cycle
- Tavel Travel within local and regional territories
- Strong communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence
- Sales management and marketing skills
- Strategic and creative thinker
- Works independently and within a team
- CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Goal focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel within territory
- 3 years of successful sales and territory management
- Experience in transportation sales preferred
- Consumer electronics and/or software experience preferred
- Exposure to consultative sales, spin spelling and/or Sandler selling methodologies
- High school diploma, secondary education preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Successful completion of background check
