Our client, a fortune 500 advertising company is seeking an Associate Media Billing Coordinator to join their team to work closely with Agency Finance and Campaign manager. The ideal candidate will have good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization. Communication with Agency, Billing team, Clearance team will be required so excellent communication skills is a must. Individual should be technologically inclined as the learning and use of new software systems will be involved. Job Title: Associate Media Billing Coordinator Location: Omaha, NE (hybrid) Pay Rate: $16.50/hr. (Overtime Eligible) Job Type: Permanent/Direct Hire What's the Job?
Manage the invoice clearance process, which includes validating, investigating and resolving discrepancies, and sending to Shared Services for processing
Creating and uploading the buy template file in Mediabank
Tracking missing vendor invoices
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required (especially Excel)
Professional communication skills required
1-2 years of Media Payables/Billing experience preferred
Knowledge of MediaOcean system preferred
