This position will be located in El Reno, OK
COMPENSATION:
Range: $90,000 - $140,000
- Bonus Eligible

•Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a closely related technical degree.
•Monday thru Friday work week
- Minimum 3 years of related maintenance, manufacturing, or hydraulic fracturing field experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical and operational knowledge of pressure pumping equipment and procedures.
- Strong technical skills with one or more programming languages such as Python, C#, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- A strong understanding of root cause analysis principles and methods.
- In-depth understanding and experience with Fracing operational and business procedures.
- Experience with API's and data integration across various platforms.
- Willingness to travel to our client's location and vendor locations as project needs arise.
- Strong team-player
- Strategizes and executes tasks autonomously, consistently meeting deadlines with precision and efficiency.
- Orchestrates the integration and upkeep of cutting-edge software tools like Fiix (CMMS) and FracPulse (telemetry systems) to optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborates on in-depth root cause analyses to pinpoint equipment malfunctions and develops innovative solutions, both physical and digital, to elevate equipment efficiency.
- Plays a key role in the seamless integration of new products and equipment, ensuring a smooth transition and enhanced operational capabilities.
- Utilizes advanced reporting tools to proactively monitor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for enhancement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Actively maintains proficiency in various technical domains, including software languages, databases, and operating systems, to support evolving work assignments effectively.
