AMN Healthcare is Hiring an Urgent Care Physician Assistant Near Murrieta, CA
- Must have 2 years of Urgent Care or Emergency Department PA experience, no new grads.
- EMR: Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC).
- Coverage Dates (Specific, long term only): ASAP – 3-6 Months, with good possibility of extension – Providers must have flexibility in schedule.
- Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 3 - 12 hour shifts weekly 9a-9:30p with alternating weekends.
- Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No call.
- Type of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Minimum 1 year ER experience in past 3 years due to higher acuity patients. Urgent Care – must be comfortable with triaging higher acuity patients, as needed. Murrieta sees 275 patients per day.
- Patients per Day/Volume: Average 3 patients per hour. 20 Minute appointments for Urgent Care. Providers must be comfortable with Fast Track’s as well as they have them onsite and are 10-minute appointments.
- Support Staff: Full Support RN staff and LVN’s; Supervising Physician will be available for PA’s.
