Full-time, BC/BE experienced or graduating Palliative/Hospice resident or fellow. The ideal candidate will be highly efficient with excellent clinical and technical skills and experience with a busy inpatient and outpatient service. This position would service the Midland and Mt Pleasant Regions.

• 5 days a week
• Joining 8 other Advanced Practice Providers
• Hospice Medical Director with clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Palliative and Hospice staff consultation
• Span services from inpatient care to ambulatory care
• Home visits may be required at times
• Rotation of on-call after hours

Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine

Active State of Michigan License or eligible to apply

Graduate of a Medical School Recognized by the State of California

Successful completion of an ACGME approved residency
