The Brian Beatty Team is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and maximizing revenue.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who embodies the spirit of a grinder and hustles hard to achieve outstanding results. We offer hourly plus bonuses. This position does not offer benefits at this time. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents.
Our Team offers training that actually works with today's prospects, rather than using old-school sales methods that simply turn people off. HUGE opportunity to convert the 300 new leads monthly and 22,000 existing leads in our database into appointments and closings.
