Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Acquisitions Team. As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing investment opportunities, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment properties
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and other industry professionals
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
• Comp Properties, Estimate Renovation costs, and determine our MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry developments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Real Estate specific knowledge, including an understanding of Wholesaling Residential Real Estate
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset
• Coachable, adaptable, and persistent
• Ability to work remotely and attend weekly meetings in our Mt Pleasant, SC office

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
