Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of installation tasks, including windows, doors, and trim carpentry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with installing windows and doors and possess the ability to work with hand tools. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. This position is employed, not contracted or sbu-contracted.

Duties:
- Hang interior and exterior doors to ensure proper alignment and functionality
- Install glass windows and doors with precision and attention to detail
- Complete caulking and sealing tasks to ensure airtight installations
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installation tasks
- Perform trim carpentry work to enhance the appearance of installed materials

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Installer
- Strong knowledge of building techniques
- Proficiency in caulking, glass installation, door hanging, and trim carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in installation work
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues during installations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
