Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, negotiate, and contract dental provider networks in a geographic area within established targets
Track and report performance through recruitment interactions and goal metric information using various tracking mechanisms
Address customer needs, make sound decisions, and build strong customer relationships
Understand office dynamics and utilize optimal approaches to communicating and educating providers and provider staff
Prioritize provider challenges and proactively find solutions to solve those challenges
Required Qualifications
Experience working with provider contracts and contracting protocol
Experience related to Dental Network provider-facing role
Experience with network recruitment, or sales and production position(s)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Substantive knowledge of insurance and dental terminology
Knowledge of dental and / or healthcare benefit marketplace
Excellent communication including listening and persuasive negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and organize with persistent and follow-through
