Our client is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee their accounting operations. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate financial closings, improving internal controls, and effectively disseminating financial information. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing diverse and complex accounting functions through various channels and should possess strong capabilities in leading and developing a high-performing accounting team. Key requirements include excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in modern accounting software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferences:

• CPA certification.
• Prior experience working in Import/Export, distribution, food, or retail environments.
• Experience with SAP software.
