Behavioral Grace is family owned business seeking to build our team. We provide person centered behavioral support for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Providing a scientific, trauma informed, and family first approach is our upmost priority. Many of the individuals we support attend school; therefore, our primary area of need is after school times (12:00pm to 6:00pm). We are looking for team members to grow with the company and build relationships with the community we support.

Duties:

- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills

Requirements:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through BACB.

-High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

- at least 1 year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required)
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality

-Must pass an FBI/ DOJ Clearance. Must legally be authorized to work in the United States

-Must provide verification of TB Clearance.

-Must have valid CA driver’s license, reliable transportation, can provide a proof of automobile insurance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.50 - $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
