We are looking for aexperienced and energetic professional with a passion for special education.We are, in collaboration with local school districts, is seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role near Montgomery, AL.
Position Overview : This full-time RBT role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to students, helping them achieve positive behavioral changes in a dynamic and supportive educational environment.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following state and local requirements :
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training program
- Pass the RBT Competency Assessment
- Pass the RBT exam
- Maintain certification through annual renewal and adherence to the RBT Ethics Code
