We are seeking a medical receptionist/assistant for 2 to 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) to provide general administrative support to both doctors and patients. The right candidate will have a background in the medical field/health care field and prior experience answering phones and interacting with patients. The hours are from 12pm to 7pm.
Responsibilities:
- Convert patient health information into an electronic medical records.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Answer and direct calls on phone.
- Create, enter, and maintain health records for patients.
- Assist doctors with patients.
- Follow up with patients.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.25 - $19.00 per hour
