Marketing Coordinator

Job Description :

Join our dynamic paper goods distribution and manufacturing company as a Marketing Coordinator! We are seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional to lead all design and marketing initiatives, including graphics, emails, social media, and trade shows.

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand image, driving customer engagement, and supporting our sales efforts.

This part-time position requires approximately 60 hours per month and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance our brand identity and positioning in the market.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Marketing Collateral : Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including graphics, emails, brochures, and promotional materials.

Ensure high-quality design and messaging that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.

Content Creation : Write and edit compelling content for marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and website content.

Develop engaging copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Social Media Management : Manage our company's presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Email Marketing : Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products, and drive customer engagement.

Write and design email templates, newsletters, and promotional emails that effectively communicate key messages and offerings.

Trade Show Coordination : Plan and coordinate our participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Prepare booth materials, promotional items, and marketing collateral.

Attend events as needed to represent our company and engage with potential customers.

  • Website Management : Update and maintain our company website with fresh content, product information, and blog posts. Work closely with web developers to ensure website functionality and user experience meet the needs of our target audience.
  • Sales Support : Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and resources that facilitate lead generation and conversion.

Develop sales enablement materials, presentations, and pitch decks as needed.

Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates.

Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on branding, design, and content creation.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Strong creative and design skills, with proficiency in graphic design tools.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and website content management systems.
  • Experience managing trade show logistics and coordinating event participation a plus.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a passion for marketing and creative storytelling.
