Job Responsibilities:
Provides classroom support in elementary classrooms by working with small groups and individual students in Chinese Immersion classrooms under the supervision of the teachers. Supervises students in the classroom.

Job Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English languages preferred but not required.
2. Experience working with elementary age students.
3. Evidence of strong math and reading skills.
4. Proven positive human relations skills with adults and students.
5. Demonstrated evidence of ability to take direction.
6. Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
7. Clear communication in speaking and writing.
8. Evidence of friendly, outgoing personality.
9. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
10. Evidence of willingness to participate in staff development.
11. Demonstrated ability to follow through on a project.
12. Demonstrated strong organizational skills, punctuality, and efficiency.
