Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents' physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Aurora on France) building in Edina, MN!
Nursing schedule includes;
- 48 hours in two weeks
- Day shift: 9am-5:30pm
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation

- RN student loan repayment, up to $10,000

- Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual Care Plan
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- RN - Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify as needed
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- (3 week grace period for BLS)
- Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families and physicians or providers
- Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
