PHILOSOPHY OF BYWOOD EAST HEALTH CARE

We believe that all residents, regardless of age, sex, race, creed or handicap are an image of God and thus deserving of total care. Both the resident and his or her family must be treated with dignity and respect.

We believe that the employees are our greatest asset and deserve respect regardless of age, race, sex, creed or handicap. Each employee must be provided a just wage for services, wholesome working conditions, and opportunity for development and recognition. An informed, motivated, and satisfied employee whose basic needs are being met will best be able to make his or her unique contribution.

We believe that Bywood East, as a community health facility, has the responsibility to cooperate with other health facilities in teaching and sharing of information and insights that may provide assistance to other health facilities. Our philosophy becomes active in our specific objectives.
